1. General

By placing an order with Crumbs 'n Peel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid for via bank transfer before processing begins.
  • Upload your payment proof (transfer receipt) during checkout to confirm your order.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification by our team.
  • Prices include VAT at the rate displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery

  • Company Delivery: Free delivery is available to registered partner companies on their scheduled delivery days.
  • Individual Delivery: Delivery is arranged via third-party platforms (Uber, Bolt, etc.). Delivery fees are paid directly to the driver upon arrival and may vary due to surge pricing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

4. Product Quality

  • All products are freshly baked and should be consumed within 5 days of delivery.
  • Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for extended freshness.
  • Products contain common allergens including wheat, eggs, and dairy. Please check ingredients before ordering.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
  • Once preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refunds for quality issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Bulk Orders

  • Minimum bulk order is 10 units.
  • Bulk orders require at least 48 hours advance notice.
  • Special pricing applies for bulk orders — branded and unbranded packaging options are available.
